This page explains what data this site collects and why. The site is run by Jonne Valtonen in Finland. The contact form sends your name, email address and message to him by email so he can reply; nothing is stored on the site. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you accept them.
The form on the contact page asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Sending it delivers those fields to Jonne Valtonen as an email. They are used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else. The site does not save the message in its database, and the fields are not passed to any advertiser or analytics service.
The home page and the media page embed videos from YouTube. Until you accept marketing cookies, the video is replaced by a placeholder and nothing is requested from YouTube. Once you accept, YouTube receives your IP address and may set cookies. Google’s privacy policy covers what YouTube does with that data.
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. It stores your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every page. The cookie policy lists everything in detail, and you can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.
The web server records the usual request data: IP address, time, page requested, browser identification. These logs are kept for the operation and security of the server and are not used to profile visitors.
